Mr. Roberts is the founder and leader of RhoSquared, Inc. He brings a wealth of expertise from his background at Citrix Systems and Texas Instruments. He served as President and CEO of Citrix for eight years, taking the company from its inception as a raw technology startup to a public company with a multi-billion dollar capitalization and membership in the Nasdaq 100. After retiring from active management at Citrix, he continued to serve as Chairman of the Board until 2002. Since then he has been on several private company boards, assisting them with funding and growth strategies. At Texas Instruments he was named one of the Top 100 technical people out of a world wide population of several thousand. He also managed large software development organizations and ran several businesses inside TI before leaving to help start Citrix.
He has outstanding academic credentials with a BS in Mathematics from Valdosta State University, an MS in Mathematics from Florida State University, an MS in Computer Science from Southern Methodist University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
He brings a solid understanding of technical, marketing, financial, and organizational issues coupled with real world experience in what it takes for a company to be successful. He would make a valuable partner with any company needing assistance with strategic planning and operational efficiencies.
